An exquisite spirit crafted by mezcalero Eleuterio García Martínez using a mix of 70% Espadín and 30% Cuishe agaves, aged 7 and 12 years respectively in San Dionisio Ocotopec, Oaxaca. The agaves are slow-roasted for 4 days, crushed with a tahona, naturally fermented for 6 days, and distilled in copper stills before bottling at 42% ABV. The aroma presents roasted agave, earth, fruits, and spices. The complex body reveals lime, lemon, and butterscotch, finishing with a medium-length smoky taste of pepper, cinnamon, and earthy smoke.
