Aroma: Meaty and earthy with a hint of mint. Taste: Less creamy than expected, with more mint, followed by full bitterness. Wood makes its presence felt, and caramel emerges. The meatiness is disappointingly subtle. The alcohol on the palate is more prominent than desired. Overall, a generally pleasant tequila, but not particularly exciting. It has more mineral notes than I prefer. It becomes less interesting and enjoyable as it progresses, unfortunately.
