About this bottle
Oscar Hernández, a seasoned mezcalero and co-partner of the Gracias a Dios brand, crafts this mezcal in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. It is produced from wild Karwinskii agave, which is aged for 10 to 13 years prior to harvest. Following a double distillation, the spirit is bottled at 45% ABV.
