There's a lot of pine and fir. It genuinely tastes like a forest with a slight bitterness. The bottle itself is very cool and looks great on the bar.

Inspired by Forest Park, a vast urban forest mere blocks from the distillery, Freeland Spirits Forest Gin takes its name from this nearby natural space, one of the largest in the country. The gin features ingredients such as chanterelle mushrooms, Douglas Fir tips, salal berries, and nettle. It was released on June 22, 2023, at a bottling strength of 90 proof and retails for $39.95.
