About this bottle

Diplôme Dry Gin, launched in 2013, revives a recipe from 1945, the conclusion of World War II. The gin quickly became the standard for American Army forces stationed across Europe. Produced in Dijon, this gin incorporates eight botanicals: juniper berries, coriander, whole lemons, orange peel, angelica, saffron, iris root, and fennel seed. Following maceration in a beetroot spirit, the botanicals are distilled, and the gin is bottled at 44% ABV.
