About this bottle

Phillips Fermentorium Distilling Co. in Victoria, B.C., produces Stump Coastal Forest Gin using locally sourced, hand-foraged botanicals and herbs from British Columbia. Instead of purchased neutral spirit, they distill their own from barley. This base spirit is then redistilled with botanicals like juniper, Cascade hops, Grand Fir, bay laurel, coriander, and lavender. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

Delicious. A hint of pine, a touch of grapefruit, and loads of floral notes.

Alia Trahan 3.0

Modern, intricate flavor. Juniper is not prominent.
