About this bottle
Flying Tumbler, an independent Irish whiskey bottler, was established by siblings Patrick Walsh, Thomas Walsh, and Jen McGinnell. The Tippler is a blended Irish whiskey, composed of grain and malt whiskeys from two distinct distilleries. These were aged individually in ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years, then blended and finished in oloroso sherry casks for an additional 12 months. The whiskey is bottled at 43% ABV without chill-filtration.
