About this bottle
Jay and Noelle DiPrizio, a married couple, along with Jay's brother Vic, launched Chicago Distilling Company in 2010. Jay's interest in his wife's family history of moonshining motivated him to start the distillery. The family members' names are used for the products to honor this heritage. Finn's Gin is named for the DiPrizios' son, Finn. The gin's production starts with a neutral grain spirit derived from corn. After macerating several botanicals, including juniper, sichuan peppercorn, dried orange peel, green cardamom, hibiscus, coriander, cassia, and cubeb with the spirit, it is distilled and bottled at 40% ABV.
