A balanced Agave Spirit from Nom1107, crafted in a brick oven and copper pot still, then aged in American White Oak barrels before bottling at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic start with notes of baked agave, earth, wood, flowers, herbs, and spices; a balanced middle adds notes of caramel, honey agave, and grass; while a floral finish of medium length includes notes of oak, vanilla, and pepper.
