This additive-free tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave grown on a single estate in the Tequila valley (Los Valles). The agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted via screw mill, and fermented without fibers with natural yeast in open-air tanks before being twice distilled in stainless steel stills with copper coils. This bottling is aged for under 12 months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels and is presented at 89 proof.

A robust Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It begins aromatically with hints of agave, wood, herbs & spices; its rich character develops notes of honey & caramel, leading to a well-balanced, moderately long finish with oak undertones. June 2016 / April 2017 / February 2020
