About this bottle
Produced at Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522), this additive-free tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave sourced from the Los Valles region of Jalisco's Tequila valley. Under the guidance of Iliana Partida, the agave is cooked in autoclaves, milled, fermented without fibers using natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and then twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills. This expression is aged for 4 months in American oak barrels.
