An intense Agave Spirit from Nom1438 in Oaxaca, Mexico, made with Espadin and volcanic spring water, slowly roasted with steam for 36 - 54 hours. It has an aromatic beginning with vegetal, wood, and spice notes; while a bold middle adds notes of pepper, oak, and agave; leading to a long and woody end with notes of more oak and wood smoke.
