A delicate, enhanced Agave Spirit from Casa Maestri in Oaxaca, Mexico, made with Espadin and volcanic spring water, slow-cooked and copper pot distilled; natural coconut flavor is then introduced. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of agave, nuts & earth; a balanced development adds coconut, smoke, oak & vanilla; leading to a complex, medium-length finish. October 2021
