This is a rich Agave Spirit from Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, made with 100% Tequilana Weber and local volcanic spring water. It was aged for 90 days in a Pipon Barrel. The aroma is pronounced, with notes of agave, wood, flowers & spices; the palate is rich, featuring notes of vanilla, wildflowers & oak; concluding with a long & slightly creamy finish with a hint of pepper. Sampled in November 2022.
