Aroma: smoke! Taste: Surprisingly sweet initially, followed by a developing smoke that is remarkably smooth and enduring. It presents a more authentic campfire-like smoke than other spirits. Finish: smoky and smooth. Overall: Truly excellent, ranks among my favorites.
