I had this at a friend's place tonight. It was very enjoyable with a nice minerality. Nose: Vanilla, Apple, Pear, Flowers, Minerals, Peach, Marshmallow, Ginger Palate: Apple, Caramel, Oak, Vanilla, Apricot, Cherry, Flowers Finish: Flowers, Apples, Vanilla, Cherries
