This one, not that one! 4.0 The aroma alone is impressive! The alcohol scent isn't sharp at all, so I'll exclude that. Thick apple aroma. A sweet soda scent like from a newly opened bottle. A bit of an autumn leaf smell...? A slight acetone scent underneath. Taste: Tart apple, to be more specific, it was like apple jam with a little cinnamon. Reminds me of plum wine too, lol. It's quite spicy. A slight bitterness was noticeable, but overall it's sweet and the flavors burst in your mouth like the aroma. Blind tasting review.

A bouquet accented with caramelized sugars, macadamia nut, and fig suggests a full body, yet the palate is actually rather dry, sitting forward on the tongue with a bracing but not hot midpalate; finishes relatively light and somewhat blocky in structure overall.

Excellent. Apples and ginger are present on the nose and palate, with vanilla and spices appearing on the finish.

Sour apples, saltiness, and notes from Burgundy fines.
