About this bottle
This sotol is derived entirely from 100% Texanum, which is harvested at approximately 15 years of age from the Chihuahuan desert in Durango. The agave is cooked for 3 days in a pit oven lined with volcanic rock and fueled by mezquite wood. Following cooking, it is processed through a mechanical shredder before undergoing natural fermentation, without the use of cultured yeasts. The spirit is then distilled twice in 350-liter copper pot stills, and it is bottled at 46.3% ABV.
