About this bottle
Cambio Blanco Tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave, grown on a single estate in Jalisco's highlands (Los Altos), and contains no additives. Fermentation occurs slowly without fibers in open-air wooden tanks, followed by double distillation in hybrid stainless steel and copper stills. A brief resting period in proprietary "Método Refinado" French oak barrels precedes filtration for clarity and bottling at 92 proof. Availability begins in June 2024 at select on- and off-premise locations in CA, FL, IL, NY, and TX.
