About this bottle
This French pomace brandy, a marc, is distilled from winemaking byproduct using copper-pot stills. The marc is made from the remnants of red wines from the Châteauneuf-de-Pape AOC in France's Rhône region, primarily from syrah, grenache, mourvèdre, and cinsault grapes. It undergoes six years of aging in oak casks before being bottled at 40% ABV.
