The Bortolo Nardini distillery, founded in 1779, stands as one of Italy's most venerable establishments and remains under family ownership. Nardini Grappa Riserva is crafted from the pomace of cabernet, merlot, pinot bianco, and fruilana (tocai) grapes. Its distillation period spans from October through May. This spirit spends approximately five years maturing in Slavonian oak casks and is brought to 50% ABV before bottling.
