About this bottle

Bortolo Nardini established his distillery in 1779. The introduction of steam distillation in 1860 led to the renaming of the distillery to Bartolo Nardini Distilleria a Vapor. Over the subsequent century, the distillery underwent relocations and expansions to accommodate increasing demand. Nardini Grappa Bianca, which is clear and unaged, is twice-distilled from the pomace of cabernet, merlot, pinot bianco, and fruilana (tocai) grapes. The distillation process occurs from October to May, and the spirit is diluted to 50% alcohol by volume before bottling.

Zoey Stover 5.0

Simply fantastic, quite mellow for being 50% alcohol by volume.
