This grappa is made from the pomace of 100% Oregon pinot noir grapes. Gentle pressing of the pinot noir grapes is vital for the sourced pomace to be suitable for fermentation. It is offered in both 375ml and 750ml bottle sizes.

This spirit isn't my normal choice, but I found it quite enjoyable. We purchased a bottle at the Portland tasting room. It presented as quite intriguing and offered excellent value for its cost.
