Desert Door Texas Sotol Rare Cask Series: Toasted Barrel

Its aroma presents herbs, sotol, charred wood, chili pepper, cardamom, grass, mint, smoke, pear, cinnamon, hay, vanilla, and cedar. The taste is sweet, spicy, and woody; with grass, toasted oak, hay, cinnamon, vanilla, and pear. It is exceedingly smooth, well-rounded, and quite intricate.

Enjoyed poolside with a companion. Notes of cardamom, lime, salt, cedar, and pepper, with a strong red chili presence. The palate is very herbal, featuring hints of pepper, smoke, earth, and wood.
