Initially, similar to other Desert Door releases, I detect earthy and vegetal notes on the nose, along with the scent of summer rain. Shortly after, the aroma bursts with jammy fruits and overripe melon drizzled with honey. It's a dark honey that complements the notes of overripe fruit exceptionally well. (There is little to no smoke detected on the nose or palate.)

The nose presents flowers, pisco, honeysuckle, grass, rubber, and aloe. The taste includes flowers, sotol, vegetable notes, and a bit of pepper. It's just okay.
