A deeply smoky aroma with hints of apple. The taste delivers a rich mineral flavor and a charred finish that leaves a tingling sensation on the lips. A solid mezcal for nighttime enjoyment.

About this bottle
This expression originates from Anastasio Cruz Antonio's palenque in the Oaxaca village of Las Milpas. It is crafted from 100% Espadín agave, roasted in an earthen oven built into the hillside. A horse-drawn molino is used for milling, followed by fermentation in open-air wooden tanks with heritage yeast, and double distillation in small copper pot stills.
