This tequila is crafted at Vivanco Distillery (NOM 1414) using 100% blue Weber agave grown on a single estate, with no additives. The agave undergoes a 48-hour stone oven bake, roller milling, and fermentation with wild yeast accompanied by classical music. It matures for a minimum of four months in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. The brand holds carbon-neutral certification. As of August 2024, DE-NADA has transitioned to aluminum bottles, featuring a sustainable cork and wooden cap. (SRP $43)

A delicate Agave Spirit. It starts with aromas of cooked agave, wood, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices. A balanced middle adds notes of vanilla, plantain, caramel & orange zest, leading to a quick & dry end with hints of jalapeño, oak, cinnamon & honey. May 2024
