A subtle Irish spirit from West Cork Distillers, this combines malt and gentle grain. It was matured in former Bourbon casks and then finished in Caribbean rum casks. The nose offers scents of grain, wood, island fruits, dried fruits, blossoms, herbs, and spice. The palate is full, bringing flavors of molasses, raisins, and dried berries, concluding with a brief, floral finish touched by rum.
