An elegant, special occasion Cognac from the founder of Maison D’Aincourt. It is crafted with 10 Grand Champagne cru eaux-de-vie in Limousin oak. The youngest Cognac in the bottle is 20 years old, but the others are much older, up to 50 years. It begins aromatically with notes of candied orange, kumquat, fig, dried apricot, along with oak, vanilla, & clove; a bold & complex middle adds candied fruits & luscious pear; leading to a long, silky & spicy conclusion.
