A refined, noteworthy Cognac suitable for celebrations, created by a founder of Maison D’Aincourt using Grand Champagne cru eaux-de-vie aged between 25 and 70 years in French Limousin oak. The aroma opens with hints of rancio, dried grapes, cooked pears, and cinnamon. A full and smooth middle palate introduces notes of fig, honey, cinnamon, and saffron.
