The initial aroma is like an old, dusty stone room. As it sits, some sweeter, fruitier scents emerge. The palate is only mildly sweet, with vegetal notes, vanilla, tropical fruit, and melon upfront. The long finish has some smoke, spice, and a faint hint of wet grass. It has a unique character, but I probably won't look for it again.
