Very vibrant and herbaceous, quite young. On the nose, I detect peppermint and other herbs, earthiness, fennel, celery, pine, the smell of rain on dry earth, and agave, with a gentle undertone of warm toffee and a subtle hint of smoked meat. On the palate, it's peppery, pine-like, minty, and herbal, with notes of charred wood and citrus rind, and just a touch of sweetness. Distinctive. Very intricate with hardly any smoke. Well executed.

Sampled straight in Mexico City. It presents as quite herbal and earthy, with hints of pine and smoke. As an aside: This pre-work salt is really tasty.
Green pepper, delightful.
