New York- Made from 100% grown apples. Distilled twice in small batches, resulting in a sweet, distinctive spirit, both smooth and warming. Aged for 2 years in ex bourbon casks. More like a bourbon whiskey than a brandy, Cornelius Apple Jack is a fantastic gluten free alternate rye.
