Cathead Bristow Gin utilizes Cathead's vodka as its base and incorporates 10 distinct botanicals, such as juniper, angelica root, cardamon, cassia bark, clove, and coriander. After a two-week maceration period for the botanicals, the gin undergoes a redistillation process. The gin is then aged for three weeks in stainless steel tanks before being bottled at 47% ABV.

This is my inaugural gin experience, and I must say, I'm quite impressed by the flavors present. Although I've only tasted it neat, I'm confident it would excel in a cocktail.
