About this bottle
This is the third spring seasonal bottling from Castle & Key since its 2014 restoration. Rise Gin follows the same process and mash bill as the Kentucky distillery's rye whiskey until the point of barreling, after which it is re-distilled into vodka. It is then re-distilled with botanicals such as juniper, Tarragon, lemon peel, rose petals, green peppercorn, almond, green cardamom, and licorice, and condensed. This gin is bottled at 103 proof and became available in March 2022. (SRP $36)
