About this bottle
This Harvest Gin is the sixth seasonal offering from Castle & Key since the distillery's restoration. Moving forward, the brand will maintain a consistent recipe for both the fall release, Harvest Gin, and the spring release, Rise Gin. Harvest Gin utilizes the same mash bill as the brand's rye — 63% rye, 17% corn, and 20% malted barley — before being redistilled into vodka, not barreled. Botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, star anise, cedar leaf, sumac, fennel, and bay leaf. It has been available since September 2022. (SRP $39.99)
