About this bottle
Grown in the Central Jalisco valley, this additive-free Reposado tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave. Destiladora Juanacatlán cooks the agave for 24 hours in stone ovens and cools it for 12 hours. Extraction is performed using a roller mill, followed by fermentation without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks with natural yeast. The spirit is then double distilled in a stainless steel pot still with copper coils and rests for 6 months in American oak.
