A unique gin for when I desire something a bit out of the ordinary. Fantastic spirit highlighting juniper, but with prominent notes of spearmint and anise. I enjoy it in a gin and tonic with a mint sprig, though I've noticed it requires an additional lime wedge to counter the sweetness. A superb Modern Style gin produced right here in NC.
