This Peruvian pisco, Caravedo Acholado, is crafted from 18 pounds of quebranta, Italia, torontel, and albillia grapes per bottle. The spirit is distilled from completely fermented wine using German alambique and ancient Falca stills to 86 proof. It rests for at least one year without any added ingredients.
