About this bottle
Tamborine Mountain Distillery, situated in Queensland, was founded in 1993 by Michael and Alla Ward, who began experimenting with distillation. They opened to the public in July 1998, with Alla serving as the distiller, producing a range of spirits and liqueurs. Their Gold Rum, first made five years ago, is crafted from local molasses and sugar cane sourced from Beenleigh. It is aged for 4 years in American oak barrels. This rum is exclusively sold in Australia in 500ml bottles.
