About this bottle
Cooper River's Single Run Series obtains beer from regional breweries to distill what may have been the first legally produced whiskey in New Jersey since Prohibition. This spirit began as an IPA from Saint Benjamin Brewing in Philadelphia, which was then distilled and matured for approximately eight and a half months in new, charred American oak barrels measuring 15 gallons. It is bottled at 82.8 proof and, with a very limited release of 76 bottles, is exclusively sold at the distillery. This distillery closed on May 5, 2018.
