A complex Agave Spirit from Envasadora De Productos Lideres, S.A. De C.V. NOM 1592 in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, slow-roasted in earthen ovens; aged for 4 months in American oak barrels. It begins aromatically with notes of cooked agave, earth, wood, and spice; a complex middle adds notes of oak, leading to an unusual, medium-length finish with notes of burnt sugar. May / July 2023
