About this bottle
This tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave, cultivated without additives on a single estate in the Jalisco highlands (Los Altos). It undergoes slow fermentation in open-air wooden vats without fibers, followed by double distillation in hybrid stainless steel and copper stills. The spirit is then matured for one month in a mix of used Burgundy and Bordeaux wine barrels, then for an additional five months in former Chardonnay casks. It is bottled at 92 proof and was released in June 2024 at select retail and hospitality venues in CA, FL, IL, NY, and TX, carrying a suggested retail price of $59.99.
