First, it's crucial to note that Cachaça Prazer de Minas Estrada Real came in a premium bottle, but the spirit inside is identical. In 1999, in Esmeraldas, Euler Chaves decided to dedicate a portion of his land to producing a high-quality cachaça. While visiting the Federal University of Lavras (Ufla), he learned about a new manufacturing approach for a more hygienic spirit made with complete respect for the environment. The entrepreneur obtained selected yeasts from there, a significant innovation at the time. Cachaça Prazer de Minas combines Minas Gerais tradition with modern technology. The sugarcane is selected, cut, washed, and crushed in mills, yielding pure juice, which is then naturally fermented in stainless steel vats within an air-conditioned space. Distillation occurs in copper stills heated by a boiler. Only the finest portion of the distillate is aged. These elements contribute to Prazer de Minas being one of Brazil's most awarded cachaças. All production stages are documented to uphold a quality standard, which is measured and verified by Inmetro. Cachaça Prazer de Minas Ouro 670ml is aged for two years in oak barrels. It is light and has 39% alcohol. From Cachaçaria Nacional.
