There's a scarcity of information online about the still or cachaça. Paramirim cachaça is crafted in the Chapada Diamantina region of Bahia State. This particular blend from the producer incorporates three types of wood: Oak, Amburana, and Jaqueira. It has a golden color, an aromatic profile featuring notes of dried fruits, vanilla, and honey, with a pleasing sweetness, balanced acidity and sugar, and a medium-long finish.
