Cachaça Matriarca, crafted by hand for over thirty years on the Cio da Terra farm in southern Bahia, a region known for its fertile massapê soil and exceptional sugarcane. The company's founder, Adalberto Alves Pinto, known as Beto Pinto, was inspired by his mother, Aracy, a formidable farmer who raised her eight children. Matriarca meticulously crafts its vats and barrels on-site, allowing for detailed refinement and innovation, notably being the first to utilize jackfruit wood in aging. The Cachaça Matriarca Blend Tropical 500ml is matured in guava, cinnamon, and jequitibá barrels. This 40% ABV spirit presents a pale yellow hue, with aromas of red fruits and floral notes, accompanied by a gentle sweetness.
