Cachaça Mais Uma originates from a family-run agricultural business in the rural area of Domingos Martins, a scenic mountain town in Espírito Santo, specifically in the Paraju District. The distillery was founded in the 1980s by Mr. Deuclério José Schunk, who still manages it with his son, Clóvis Luiz Schunk. The operation is modest but characterized by familial effort. The founder initiated the distillery with minimal expertise and financial means, but with assistance from friends and especially his family, he gradually developed the facility. He continues to work alongside his son, the managing partner. The son, having grown up observing the entire process, shares his father's passion for the business and has honed his skills to produce a quality product. Cachaça Mais Uma Extra Premium 10 years is the producer's flagship and an exclusive, sold-out offering. Aged for 10 years in American oak barrels, it displays an amber hue with notes of toffee, vanilla, coconut, dried fruits, and spices.
