To commemorate 17 years of hard work, the producer released the Extra Premium edition. This cachaça was aged for 6 years in a combination of American and French Oak barrels, both medium toasted, using the solera method (similar to Jerez aging). The result is a clear, vibrant, and consistent cachaça with a yellowish hue reminiscent of caramel, typical of extended aging in oak barrels, giving it a lively appearance. It produces slow, thick tears in the glass. It has distinct aromas, with freshness and a subtle sweetness. On the palate, it's smooth and soft, with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, toast, and a sweetness like fig jam. It won a Silver Medal in the Extra Premium Cachaças category at the Expointer Competition in Esteio/RS in 2021 and a Gold Medal at the Brazilian National Wine and Spirits Competition in 2022.
