This spirit, developed from a passion for the drink, began production in 2012 after extensive work on fields, construction, and research. It's manually harvested, with byproducts used for animal feed and fertilizer. This particular expression is aged five years in American oak, revealing strong caramel notes, tannins, and a hint of burnt coconut. It is light with 40% alcohol. From Cachaçaria Nacional.
