CACHAÇA BLEND 5 ALMAS

Five women collaborated to create Blend 5 Almas, a cachaça showcasing the diversity of Brazilian distillate production and the strength of its producers. This launch aims to highlight the variety and quality of Brazilian distillation. Blend 5 Almas, a result of the synergy between scientific expertise and female entrepreneurship, offers an innovative approach. This new label is a collaboration between Aline Bortoleto, a specialist in cachaça with a doctorate, and producers from four different states, who united their talents to craft a unique sensory experience. Aline Bortoleto, a partner at InovBev, a consultancy for the spirits market, spent two years developing Blend 5 Almas. Her work led to the selection of five woods: amburana, oak, freijó, jackfruit, and jequitibá. The blend's concept was to merge woods significant to the participating producers. This cachaça combines the passion and experience of five distilleries led by prominent women in the industry: Célia Della Colletta (Alzira cachaça), Ilíada Terra (Cana e Lua cachaça), Adeylza (Paramirim cachaça), Cris Amin (Tiê cachaça), and Elk Barreto (Sanhaçu cachaça). Each contributed not only cachaça but also her distinct identity, reflecting female labor and the Brazilian spirit. The resulting blend embodies the essence of each region and producer.
